Here’s a few tips :

1. CREATE AN INSPIRING WORKPLACE
Pick a spot in your house that doesn’t have distractions. Add some creative artwork or decor to brighten things up and help keep the creative juices flowing.

2. EAT HEALTHY
Make an effort to eat healthy meals and munchies at regular intervals to keep your energy levels up during the day.

3. SEPARATE YOUR TO-DO LISTS
Most of us find it beneficial to wake up early and knock out our personal chores before diving into our work. Depending on your schedule, keep aside some time before or after work to get your personal chores done and out of the way, so you can focus on the task at hand.

4. SET HEALTHY BOUNDARIES
Working from home gives you the flexibility to choose your own work hours. Sometimes you may find yourself glued to the laptop or computer screen outside of your usual work hours or sometimes find yourself lazing on the couch mid-day! Fix your hours and close that laptop post work to spend some time with friends or family. Thus, creating a healthy sense of balance and boundary.
