Check out this absolutely delicious so easy-to-make lemon tart …


  • The Base:

300 grams biscuits (Cashew cookies/Oreo)

100 grams melted butter

Oats (optional)

  • The Filling:

4 egg yolks

1 tin sweetened condensed milk (395 grams)

½ cup lime juice

1tablespoon lime zest


The Base

  1.    Melt the butter
  2.    Blend/crumble cookies
  3.    Mix together and press onto oven plate (1 cm up on the sides)
  4.    Put in freezer for 20 minutes

The Filling

  1.    Whisk egg yolks in a bowl until pale
  2.    Add the remaining ingredients
  3.    Put onto base
  4.    Put in the oven for 15 minutes
  5.    Decorate with zest or cinnamon power!

All done & ready to eat 😉
